At RedManShop, we prioritize your health and safety; therefore, we accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Due to food safety regulations, perishable goods such as fresh produce or temperature-sensitive ingredients cannot be returned once delivered.

Pack Securely
Place the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, clearly marking the Return Authorization Number on the outside.
Ship and Refund
Send the package to our distribution center; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
